The main property caters for 5 plus baby, the light and airy accommodation comprises; Modern kitchen with large ‘Flavel’ cooker - gas hob (8 rings) and double oven plus grill, patio doors on to raised decking and rear enclosed garden - barbecue available. Beautiful lounge with TV/DVD, door into conservatory/dining area, in turn leading on to garden.

Three bedrooms; Bedroom one with twin beds (can be zipped into large double), family bathroom with bath (shower over), WC and washbasin. Bedroom 2, having a single bed. Bedroom 3 with double bed. Each have ensuite shower rooms with cubicle, WC and washbasin. All bedrooms have Freeview TV. Childrens playroom/nursery with TV (for dvd’s only, no programmes), games, toys and room for cot. Travel cot available if required.

Beautiful annexe with private entrance having double bed, TV, shower room with corner shower, WC and washbasin. Minimal kitchen facilities. Annexe available by special prior arrangement with owners at an additional cost.

Hustanton is an elegant Victorian seaside resort.

Affectionately known as 'Sunny Hunny' because Hunstanton faces West across a 20 mile stretch of shallow and sheltered water which is almost the width of the English Channel. If you look to the horizon across the sea when the sun is going down, you will see the most stunning and world class sunsets, with skies which will take your breath away. Hunstanton records some of the highest sun-time in the summer. Spring, Autumn and Winter are also stunning for many different reasons - wildlife is abundant and the sight of the geese flying across the the sunset in the winter is breathtaking.

Hunstanton has regular markets, particularly on Sunday, rich in supply of fresh fruit and vegetables and many other merchandise.

The High Street in Hunstanton and the surrounding shops offer everything. The seaside shops, as well as unique and interesting craft shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants meet all requirements. Banks include Barclays, Nat West, Nationwide and the Post Office. Hunstanton has a theatre, Sea Life Centre and trips to the seals on Seal Island operate in the summer months.
