The Chalet Studio has full central heating and is a ground level, hillside, self contained holiday flat. It consists of a lounge, kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom with full suite and a laundry/storeroom.
The lounge has a comfortable 3 piece suite, electric fire, colour television, DVD and stereo.
The kitchen has well equipped units with a fridge, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and ample cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. It also has a table and four chairs. The laundry room has a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The studio has one large double bedroom and the second bedroom can be fitted to suit. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables and have magnificent views of Morecambe Bay, Arnside and Silverdale with the Yorkshire Pennines in the distance.
Electricity is included in the tariff gas is metered separately and is charged at the rate of 70p per therm. All linen is provided, (except towels)
There is parking for 1 car and pets are welcome by arrangement.
