The Pillars of Plainfield

The Pillars of Plainfield is a Bed and Breakfast in the heart of New Jersey, with easy access to New York City, and major New Jersey based corporations.

Primarily a Bed and Breakfast, we have one suite for long term guests available. The suite includes a fully equipted kitchen, a small desk alcove, wireless internet access, a large bed/sitting room, television with premium cable channels, and extra storage space. Guests are also welcome to make use of the balance of the Bed and Breakfast: sit by the fire in the parlor, make use of our computer in the library, or enjoy the wide porch in warmer weather.

Within three blocks there is a day spa and the local library. Within a ten minute drive you can be on Route 22, or one of the fine restaurants on restaurant row, or one of several local malls.

The train to Manhattan is only five minutes away, and arrives in Penn Station in just under an hour. Within the general area there are nature reserves, horseback riding, golf courses, and several theatres. The Pillars is easily accessed from Newark Airport, Rt. 287, and Rt. 22.
