Cosy, fully and well furnished studio apartment with full design kitchen with table and breakfast bar, which separates it from the living room. Bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine, heating, air conditioning, one pull-out bed (2 sleeps ), a satellite TV, dresser, cupboard, a design bookshelf and a wonderful 322sqft (30sm) gazebo terrace with a garden table and 2 chairs and lots of beautiful plants. All linens and towels are provided. An iron set is also there.

Books and travel guides are available in the flat to fully enjoy your stay. Wi-fi internet connection included. Free Baby cot and baby seat on request. One minute walk from the underground station Rovereto (Metro 1, red line) that takes you directly to the centre of Milan in 10 minutes.
A trolleycar (tram 1) just outside the building takes you to the train station (Central station) in 5 minutes and to the city centre in 30 minutes. Nearby you can find several pubs and restaurants, a supermarket, a laundry, internet points, banks and a chemist, all within walking distance. Just to name the closest restaurants, the Tempio doro is just two streets away and serves wonderful ethnic and Moroccan dishes. The Raw fish café is another restaurant in the same street and serves great fish. A pub called Bar Tender is just one minute walk and serves a happy hour with great and huge aperitifs.
There is also an outdoor market (near the Underground station 'Pasteur'), a swimming-pool 5 minutes walk from the flat, and a lesser-known canal (the Martesana Naviglio) about 2 blocks away which is flanked by a bike/walking trail and several parks. Via Martiri Oscuri is a cross street of Viale Monza which is one of the main roads that leads to Piazzale Loreto, and then continues to Corso Buenos Aires (the main shopping street) which turns into Corso di Porta Venezia which leads to Piazza San Babila and the centre of Milan.
