Local wildlife is abundant with herons, oyster catchers, swallows and red squirrels.

Kitchen: Well equipped with modern facilities and breakfast bar. Includes electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Dining Area: Comfortably seats six with French doors opening to the garden and patio.
Utility Room: With stable door, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: Ground floor. King size bed with French doors leading to garden. En-suite shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. Ample storage facilities.
Bedroom 2: Ground Floor. Double bed. Ample storage facilities. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 3: Spiral staircase leading to bedroom. Two single beds, en-suite shower room with shower, WC and washbasin.
Garden: Completely private with an enclosed patio and garden furniture, barbecue and a floodlit feature well (securely covered).
Parking: Ample private off road parking.
Cot and high-chair are available on request.
Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.

Large selection of books and board games.
All bed linen, duvets, towels, and toiletries are included in the charge.
All fuel and power (including logs for wood burning stove) is included in the charge.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, milk and shortbread is also provided for your arrival.
Nearby Thornhill is a delightful rural village with several eating places, pubs and cafés. It is also know for its chic boutiques and local shops.
Activities available locally are wide ranging and cater for all ages - a local horse and pony riding school, over 30 golf clubs in the region and numerous other opportunities for outdoor fun like fishing, walking, cycling and shooting.
Camplebridge is conveniently located for visiting many attractions in Dumfries and Galloway.
Highly recommended for a visit is the nearby Drumlanrig Castle, the ancient Douglas stronghold and home of the Duke of Buccleuch and Queensberry. And just down the road from Thornhill is Ellisland Farm the home of Scotland's National poet Robert Burns.
