Bluebell is also suitable for families with children under 5 years with a cot & highchair being available upon request. Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner. Kitchen area fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, built in double electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Dining table & chairs to seat 4. Sitting area has double pull-out sofabed, armchair, TV, DVD player & micro CD/radio. Bathroom has bath with shower over, washbasin, cabinet, mirror & w.c. Bedroom has 2 single full size pine beds (that can be pushed together), cot, wardrobe, dressing table/mirror, TV/DVD, shaver adaptor, hairdryer. Double Sofabed in Lounge Area.
Weekly Bookings for Bluebell are from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend Breaks Saturday to Tuesday (3 Nights) and Midweek Breaks Tuesday to Saturday (4 Nights).
Poppy sleeps 2/4 is on the first floor with views overlooking garden & fields to the front/side. Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner. Kitchen area fully equipped, washer/drier, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer. Dining table & chairs to seat 4. Sitting area has a double pull-out sofabed, armchair, TV, DVD player & micro CD/radio. Bathroom, has bath with shower over, washbasin, mirror & w.c. Bedroom has double divan bed, clock radio, hairdryer, shaver adaptor, mirror, dressing table/wardrobe. Double Sofabed in Lounge Area. Sorry, this apartment is unsuitable for children under the age of 5 years.

Humphries Cross is on the border of Kent & East Sussex, giving guests the opportunity to explore Kent 'the garden of England' as well as East Sussex '1066 Country'
We are situated close to Tenterden (Kent) with its quaint antique shops, steam railway, vineyard/winery with shop & bistro & town of Battle (East Sussex) where re-enactments of the Battle of Hastings take place. Gardens & Castles are in abundance such as Smallhythe Place, Bodiam Castle, Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter just to mention a few. London, Brighton, Canterbury, Eastbourne & Hastings are all within easy reach for day trips.
We are ideal for day trips to France as the Eurotunnel is only 45 minutes drive away!
Iden Village - within walking distance for Shop/P.O, Church, Riding School, and Pub serving food 0.8km. Rye - Historic Cinque Port Town 2 miles. Rye Harbour Nature Reserve - Birdwatching 4 miles. Camber Sands - Beach 5 miles.
