Boscombe beach -
A very popular family beach with pleasant walks through the recently refurbished Boscombe Gardens, featuring a mini golf course and sports complex; Children’s play area and café. Boscombe is home to Europe's first artificial surf reef. The beach is now bigger than it has been for many years after being replenished, stroll down the zig-zags.

Fisherman’s walk -
Fisherman’s Walk is a stretch of beach much enjoyed by locals. It is predominantly sandy with some shingle and provides safe bathing. High standards of cleanliness and water quality have won the beach a Blue Flag Award. The recently replenished beach is now huge.

Southbourne beach -
Popular with local families, Southbourne is a Blue Flag beach and is sandy with some shingle. It is reached by cliff paths called zig-zags. The recently replenished beach is now huge. It’s a quieter beach, popular with bathers, as it has no sudden shelves or rip currents.

Bowling green nearby -
Less than 100 metres from one-one80 is The Boscombe Cliff Bowls Club, anyone can play and there is a cafe serving breakfast & meals throughout the day - their Sunday lunch is renowned.

Tennis courts nearby -
500 yards takes your to The Shelley Park tennis courts, situated on Beachwood Road, just 10 minutes from the apartment.
