Nestling in secluded rural Wales is this idyllic stone barn with character gardens where you can enjoy a BBQ or a quiet drink.

The accommodation is best suited for two people, however can accommodate up to four people and comprises: Shower room and w.c., kitchen with double range style gas cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Open plan living/sleeping area: double bed and bed settee, raised are with table and chairs for up to four people. There is a feature stone fireplace with a pot belly wood burner.

The character gardens are adjacent to the quiet country lane and are ideal for relaxing in and enjoying a meal, quiet drink or BBQ.

Stables are available for those wishing to bring their horses along with them for events or riding out on the local lanes and bridle paths. Local equestrian centre and cross country course for those wishing to take advantage of the facilities on offer.

We can accommodate up to three horses and have secure paddock parking for horseboxes.

The Cambrian Mountains and West Coast of Wales with it's marine life including Grey Seals, Dolphins and Porpoises are minutes away.

In addition, we are central to the University towns of Lampeter and Aberystwyth.

Local attractions include: Fantasy Farm Park with a variety of attractions for the children and Lampeter Gold Mines where you can partake in Gold Panning.

Lampeter has a selection of restaurants with take-a-way facilities and quaint shops.

Aberystwyth is approx 17 miles away and offers a wider selection of shops and eating places. There are a variety of attractions along the sea front including the Cliff Railway which gives spectacular views of surrounding area.
