The villa is fully equipped The layout of the villa is as follows: Porch, entrance hall, cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, gas hob, fridge, freezer,3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sinks and toilet.

Advanced guesthouse with private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,, tiled floor and doors opening to private patio. All rooms are air conditioned. There is a swimming pool with sunbeds and panoramic sea views. The porch is cool in summers and with the wooden beamed ceiling very atmospheric. There is also an outdoor kitchen, with bar, barbecue and terrace. A beautiful place to enjoy endless. Location & Area:

La Coveta Fuma' part of the El Campello municipal, is a quiet and tranquil urbanisation situated on the Mediterranean coast of Spain between Benidorm and Alicante. This picturesque residential area of the Costa Blanca, with a changing architecture in a flowing landscape, offers panoramic views of the sea and sandy bays. This part of Costa Blanca is also known as the ' Florida ' of Europe due to its mild and subtropical climate.

You will find the best climate in Europe only two or two and a half hours flight from any European capital. Coveta Fuma boasts an international environment due to its inhabitants originating from all over Europe. Apart from the large sandy beaches, a beauty lies deep in the interior of the province where you will find beautiful mountainous settings. Within El Campello and surrounding areas you will be able to find all the sports facilities you require, including an 18 hole Championship golf course.

Hints and Tips:

The centre of La Coveta fuma is a 2 minutes drive away or 1 stop with tram(train) where the shops, bars, international restaurants and supermarkets are located. The fishing village of Campello is only 5 minutes drive with car or train, with a beautiful harbor, many restaurants, shops and bars. Several golf courses are in the immediate vicinity such as; Bonalba, El Plantio and Alenda Golf. The coastline has an abundance of beautiful sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, fishing, jet skiing or sailing. There are many local markets, good wine and delicious tapas of course! Book early though to avoid disappointment! The spectacular Theme Park 'Terra Mitica' & Terra Natura, plus the water Parks Aqualandia & Mudomar are also just a short trip away by car or train

You do not have to worry about the form of transport used to reach La Coveta Fuma as access to this residential area is ideal. Alicante 's El Altet airport is only 25 kilometres away and the motorway can be reached in approximately 5 minutes.

There is a local tram station, (No Noise Pollution at 0.2 Kilometres ) This service was completely modernised in 2008, with new electric trains fully airconditioned with a fast and efficient service to El Campello and Alicante city to the south or Benidorm, Javea, Dénia and the other Costa Blanca towns in the north. Benidorm is a short drive away and offers excellent shopping and nightlife plus the new Terra Mitica, Disney style theme park.
