The property has been renovated with new decoration and furniture. It consists of one bedroom, a bright airy kitchen and a lounge facing the Atlantic Ocean with spectacular views. Two steps away from the beach.

The apartment has 60 square meters. During the day there is always brightness all over the apartment. There is a few steps to go up and down to the entry of the apartment.

The apartment is facing the sea. There is next to the property the 4 stars hotel of Paul do Mar where you might take advantage of their facilities in case you wish. In Calheta village there is an artificial yellow sand beach to enjoy the sunshine.

The balcony has a wooden table and two chairs to admire the scenery of the vast ocean.

The municipality of Calheta is well known for the famous Levada walks among the nature, amazing landscapes and plenty of sunshine all year round.

Paul do Mar has restaurants, supermarket, bars where you can purchase your essentials. In the picturesque Jardim do Mar there is more restaurants to have decent meals at very reasonable prices.

Distances
Madeira international airport is approximately 55 kilometres away from the apartment, therefore we recommend you to hire a car during your stay. Calheta village is at 10 minutes driving from Paul do Mar and the capital Funchal is roughly 35 minutes driving from the apartment. At the airport when you fetch the hired car it will be useful to ask to the rent a car people to show you kindly in the map where Paul do Mar is situated and which roads you are ought to drive through. Once you are ready, drive out of the airport towards Funchal city through the dual carriage way so called 'via rápida', you need to drive straight ahead until the end of the via rápida in Ribeira Brava village. This will take you approximately 35 minutes to cover the distance.
