This charming 17th century house, steeped in character, has just been restored and offers the following accommodation:

Ground Floor
* Large kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine
* Comfortably furnished sitting room with colour TV and video ith a wood-burning stove
* Cloakroom with WC and basin

First Floor
* Bedroom 1: Double bed, with en-suite bathroom: bath with mixer taps, basin, WC
* Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds
* Bedroom 3: 1 Single bed
* Bathroom 2: Bath with shower over, basin, WC
* Z bed available for 6th guest

Outside
* Off-road parking
* Enclosed sunny garden with garden furniture and barbeque

General Information
* Leman Cottage has oil fired underfloor heating.
* Pillows and duvets are provided; linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) also provided. Please bring your own towels.
* Pets are not permitted and it is requested that guests refrain from smoking in the house.
* One night's free baby sitting by arrangement.
* Please enquire for reduced rates for 3 guests or less and short breaks
* Logs for Wood Burner: First barrowfull free, then at cost.
* Bookings run from 3pm Saturday on day of arrival to 10am Saturday on day of departure.

There are a wealth of things to do in and around Wenhaston:

Coastal Voyager at Southwold harbour offer a range of boat trips from their high speed 'Sea Blast' around Solebay to their gentle cruise up the River Blyth to Blythburgh and back and also a 3 hour cruise to Scroby Sands to visit the seals and see the wind farm close to.

Walberswick Cycle Hire have a range of bicycles for hire by the hour, day or week. A bicycle is an ideal way to explore the Suffolk Coast.

The New Cut Arts Centre in Halesworth has a great range of music, drama and films throughout the year.

The Electric Picture Palace in Southwold shows a wide range of films in a tiny (66 seat) cinema. The Electric Picture Palace is rather special and no visit to the area is complete without paying it a visit!
