Leman Cottage
The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all upstairs. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room, with fridge,freezer,electric cooker, washing machine and microwave. The beamed sitting room has a TV and video, and woodburning stove. Upstairs are more beams, elm floor in the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, also a twin bedded room and a single bedroom which share the second bathroom.
Linen is provided but please bring your own towels.
The garden is fully enclosed - there is a lawned area and patio area, with barbeque for summer dining! There are six garden chairs.
The cottage is ideally placed to explore the Suffolk Heritage Coast, Southwold and Aldeburgh are close by, also Snape Maltings and Sutton Hoo. There are a number of Adnams pubs and local restaurants nearby. Also a local butcher/deli/Post Office a mile away or just a few minutes drive to halesworth, Peasenhall and Southwold.
This is an ideal area for walking - not too many hills - and there is the National trust site at Dunwich and the RSPB at Minsmere, as well as large areas of heathland and marsh along the coast.
Wenhaston has its own pub and tennis court/playing field area and the Church is worth a visit to see the Doom painting. There is also suffolk Wildlife Trust's Church Farm reserve a few minutes walk away.
