Country House living in the Heart of Highland Perthshire. At the foot of the Birks of Aberfeldy riverside walk up and over Moness Falls, made famous by Robbie Burns in his famous poem, although only 5 minutes walk from the centre of the pretty market town of Aberfeldy with all local services.

Outdoor activities
Aberfeldy is the perfect base for your Highland Perthshire and Scotland Experience. It has a wealth of outdoor activities to entertain you from gorge and riverside walks on the doorstep to white water rafting on the silvery Tay. If your interests are more cultural or retail then our charming market town has much to offer. Perth, Inverness, Edinburgh & Glasgow are all within a reasonable driving distance for a day out.

Cycling
Aberfeldy is great for off-road cycling with extensive forest networks and riverside paths. For the more adventurous there are miles of 'leg burning' uphill and glorious downhill forest tracks. We are perfectly set up for cycling with secure garaging and cleaning facilities. Please ask Sam for routes not available on any map!

Watersports
White water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, river bugging, windsurfing, waterskiing, boat hire.

Golf
From the local Aberfeldy to the James Braid classic at Taymouth castle, there is something for everyone. For the fanatic - The Old Course is 90 minutes away in St Andrews and the sophisticated world famous Gleneagles only 32 miles.
