Hill Farm Holiday Cottage, Suffolk

Our small Suffolk farm is located beside a very quiet country lane just a mile from the main Bungay to Halesworth road, so as well as being peaceful and quietly situated in the countryside it also has quick and easy road access to the surrounding Bungay and Halesworth amenities, as well as those in Beccles and coastal towns such as Southwold a little further afield.

Our beautiful 17th century holiday cottage is in a great location for exploring the Waveney Valley and getting out onto the broads. Close by are some great golf courses, nature reserves and walks, as well as fantastic fishing, boating and museums. The cottage itself is full of period features and has a lovely, warm ambience and fabulous views over the open countryside around it.

Our self catering cottage accommodation is dog friendly, so long as your dog is friendly and well behaved. This is a working farm, and so dogs must be kept on a lead around livestock and other animals.

This beautiful rental cottage is kept scrupulously clean and fresh for the equal enjoyment of non-dog owning families as well as those looking for pet friendly accommodation. Should anyone have particular special requirements, we make every effort to accommodate them.

Large Lounge/Dining room with a three seater sofa and two armchairs, wood burning stove (logs provided), family sized television and video, dining table and chairs in the bay window. Radio/CD player.

Large Double Bedroom with double bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Windows to two aspects with gorgeous open views across miles of farmland.
Small Bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Shower Room with electric shower, hand basin and WC.

Large private, lawned garden area that is enclosed and safe for children. There is a patio area with a picnic table and benches.
Barbecue.
Garden shed with log supply, rotary dryer and sun shade for the picnic table.
Parking area for two cars.

All power and logs included plus the first scuttle full of coal. Further supplies of coal can be purchased at Hill Farm.
