Harvey's Mill, Suffolk
Harvey's Mill is a tastefully converted 17th century 'post' mill, which ceased to be a working mill around 1920. It is suitable for 2 people who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. It is in an ideal location for those who wish to explore the Suffolk heritage coast and inland villages.
The mill is situated five miles from the sea and close to Minsmere bird sanctuary, Snape Maltings, and Aldeburgh.
From the entrance hall there is a large bathroom. The hall opens on to a spacious circular, open plan living area, dining area and fitted kitchen area, all fully equipped with the additional benefit of central heating.
A wrought iron spiral staircase leads to a galleried bedroom and reading area. From here you have uninterrupted views over surrounding Suffolk farmland.
The mill has its own private garden so we are happy to welcome well-behaved pets. All linen, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience.
Please note that Harvey's Mill is a non-smoking mill and we ask you to respect this by refraining from smoking anywhere in the mill.
