More about the area outside the holiday park: Scratby is a small coastal village near Caister on sea where there is a famous car collection. In Scratby, there is a clock museum, which is within walking distance from the holiday park. On route you will pass a small cafe, which serves lovely knickerbocker glory's.
Scratby links with Hemsby further up the coast, which can be accessed by those who like to walk via the coastal path to your left/North. The area of Hemsby is retirement bungalow based and is very quiet/ quaint. Caister on Sea is down the coast from Scratby, and has a small wind farm in the sea. The next town along the coast is Great Yarmouth.
