Our holiday accommodation, which is a non-smoking annexe, separate, but in the grounds of our main house is suitable for couples who are looking to explore the ‘delights’ of rural Portugal, relax and unwind by the pool, or for those who are hoping to find their own ‘holiday hideaway’ or ‘retirement’ home, here in Central Portugal.

Guests have their own keys to the private entrance of ‘Casa Rosden’ Studio, which is at ‘ground Floor’ level. Electric Convector heaters are provided in winter. There is a ceiling fan fitted for comfort in summer. There is a smoke alarm

The well-equipped kitchen area with tea/coffee/sugar supplied has a Fridge, Microwave, 2 ring Electric hob, small Electric oven & Grill, kettle & toaster. Ample crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils are provided. There is a 'Retro' Glass’ Table & chairs for dining inside. The TV Cabinet with TV /satellite box provides English programmes (so no need to miss those favourite soaps! ) 2 comfortable armchairs.

Free Wireless Internet Access is available in and outside the studio (for those important E-mails home too) All Towels (inc. Pool Towels) /Tea Towels/Bedding are supplied. Patio doors with electric rolling night shutters lead to undercover seating and BBQ. En-suite bathroom is fully tiled with shower cabinet, WC and wash hand basin, with mirror & light over.

Storage trolley and a hairdryer are also supplied.
10 x 4 metre swimming pool with Poolside shower, sunbathing terrace, sunbeds and parasols. A Hire car is strongly recommended for you to get the most from your holiday, as there are numerous places to visit whilst you are here in Central Portugal.
Lifts are available to/from Tomar/Entroncamento Train stations - please ask for details.

Strictly no smoking inside the studio, but smokers can smoke in the grounds.
Pets may be accommodated .. by arrangement only

Minimum 2 night stays preferred. 1 night stays accepted but additional €10 added to above night rates.

We are happy to accept payment in Sterling, by pay-pal or bank transfer to UK Bank Account, in Euros, or by pay -pal to Portuguese Bank Account, prior to arrival - Please ask for details of Sterling charges and for pay-pal details.
Alternatively balances can be paid in Euros cash on arrival please.

Complimentary Welcome pack (Your choice of Red, White or Rosé wine, plus fresh fruit, milk & bottled water) for stays of a week or more. Washing Machine facilities available [Small extra charge applies] Iron & Board available in Studio.
Large secure off-road parking area for guests.
