Villa Iris
The villa has only 6 double rooms and can be considered as an alternative for the people who have enough from cities and big hotels. Each guest is pleased about our own attention, and almost every wish can be personalized. The beauty of the garden and the immediate vicinity of the forest, enchanted the guests. From a distance of about 1.5 km from the main road, the guests can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful landscapes in peace.
The villa is managed by an Austrian family, but we speak English as well. The guests can be picked up directly from the airport with our own cars, and led back to the airport. Assistance (travel and tour guide services) to the main attractions from our region is also available.
The guests have the possibility to eat directly into the villa, where they benefit from a warmer atmosphere and a very different intimacy than in a hotel. The dining room fulfils the role of a mini-restaurant with closed circuit (serves our guests only).
Wood furniture and the heat of the interior decorations creates a unique atmosphere, where dining becomes extremely enjoyable. However, there are few people who prefer to serve meals on the terrace, due to the special view that, there may have to forest, gardens and to the mountains.
Except for breakfast, which is included in the price of the room, meals are served 'A la carte'. Along with other dishes, can be ordered as well meals specific to the Austrian cuisine.
Upon request, when the villa is fully rents to the same group, may be made bids for personalized meal as 'Half board', 'Full board', 'All inclusive' or 'Super all inclusive', based on menus agreed with the representatives of the group.
Each bedroom is personalized through its own carpets, curtains and drapes. The room no. 1 has its own Jacuzzi for 2 people, while the bathrooms of the rooms no. 2, 4,5 and 6 are equipped with steam shower cabins. The spacious living room and terrace offer all necessary entertainment facilities.
The villa has its own pool, gym, professional sauna for 8 people and professional Jacuzzi for 5 people. ATVs and mountain bikes can be rented directly from the villa. Taking advantage of the neighbourhood of the forest, we have created all conditions for excellent operation of an open air closed-circuit disco, where the parties organized for the guests, remain unforgettable.
