My lovely cottage is on a stunning nature reserve on the exclusive Lower Mill Estate located in the Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester. The water park is the biggest in Britain: 40 sq miles, over 140 lakes, three rivers- including the Thames and 50% bigger than the Norfolk Broads. Lots to see and do in the area or just take it easy. Cirencester 'the capital of the Cotswolds' is just 4 miles away. Picturesque Cotswold villages and towns close by plus Cheltenham, Bath and Oxford.

Cottage has two bedrooms (one double, one twin), two ensuites, logburner, sunny garden, secure parking and views to Somerford Lagoon. TV in living area and both bedrooms, DVD player in living area and twin bedroom. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge with freezer box and a choice of cookery books in the kitchen. Selection of DVDs, CDs and toys in the living area. Downstairs cloakroom. Pay as you go internet access available.

Access to outdoor heated pool, tennis, sauna, table tennis, play area and small shop (limited hours) as well as miles of open countryside. Fish, cycle, jog or walk on the Estate. Just 100 metres from the doorstep to the Thames Path. Also you can play golf, water-ski, wakeboard, sail or kayak in the Water Park. 10 minute walk to Blue Flag lakeside beach and cycle hire. Somerford Lagoon is significant for over wintering waterfowl. Hides on site to view in the dry. The estate has recently re-introduced beavers into one of the lakes on the reserve.

Good food pub in walking distance plus plenty of other good eateries within six mile radius.
