With its own private garden and accessed by a footbridge, this converted granary is situated within 6 acres of grounds belonging to the owner’s tearooms, which are home to an abundance of animals including chickens, ducks and goats. Holidaymakers can look forward to a selection of home baking or cream teas, served in the character tearooms.

The picturesque town of Steyning, with its museum, and the pretty village of Bramber, home to the historical landmark of Bramber Castle, are both less than 5 miles away. The seaside resorts of Brighton, Worthing, Littlehampton and Bognor Regis are all just a short drive away.

Arundel with it's Castle and Chichester with it's Cathedral are nearby. If it’s country living you’re looking for, the rural location of this property will be ideal for you. The South Downs with our local landmark Chanctonbury Ring and the South Downs Way is just a short walk away. There is a shop in the tearoom’s premises with a restaurant, pub and supermarket 2 miles away in Ashington.
