Situated on the edge of the village green the cottage enjoys views of the conservation area surrounding the River Amble and is moments away from the village shop, the Malsters Arms and a small children's farm, swimming pool and tennis courts.
Chapel Amble is a short drive to the beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay & Polzeath or the busy market towns of Wadebridge & Padstow.

The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining its traditional charm whilst creating a feel of modern luxury.
Porch - The front door leads into an internal porch ideal for hanging coats/ wetsuits and storing wellies with a door leading into the cottage.
Hallway A large internal hallway with a door to the left leading to the sitting room, to the right the bathroom and Master bedroom and straight ahead the shower room and stairs to the first floor. A storage cupboard under the stairs houses the freezer.
Sitting room/ Dining room A very comfortable sitting room includes; two large sofas, a coffee table, a working fireplace, a flat screen TV with a built in DVD player. A large archway leads to the dining room with a table that will seat eight comfortably and a large bay window over looking the garden.
Kitchen The newly fitted kitchen is reached through an opening from the dining room. The kitchen includes; a freestanding electric cooker with double oven and ceramic hob, an electric oven hood, stainless steel sink and drainer, dishwasher, fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots and pans.
Master Bedroom - A door from the main hallway leads to a small corridor with a door to the right leading to the master bedroom, a door to the left leading to the bathroom and double doors straight ahead open to the airing cupboard which includes the boiler/ washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious bedroom overlooks the garden and includes a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a fitted cupboard.
Bathroom A luxurious modern bathroom with natural stone tiles includes; a large double ended bath, basin with vanity unit, heated towel rail, mirror and WC.
Shower room A modern shower room with natural slate and stone tiles includes; a large shower enclosure with both a fixed rainshower and adjustable shower head, basin with vanity unit, heated towel rail, mirror and WC.
Double Bedroom A spacious double bedroom with views over the garden, into the village and onto the conservation area at the edge of the River Amble. The bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and small storage cupboard.
Twin Bedroom A twin bedroom with views over the garden and the onto the conservation area at the edge of the River Amble. The bedroom includes two single beds, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and bookcase.
Outside:
Garden The mature enclosed garden is at the front of the house. Being open on three sides it is in the sun for most of the day meaning you can enjoy the entire day from a leisurely breakfast to and evening BBQ in the sunshine! The garden consists of mature flower beds, a lawn, a patio area with an extending teak table and chairs and a coal BBQ.
Driveway A large gravel driveway offers plenty of parking for at least three large cars. Should you need more there is plenty of parking in the village car park about 50 yards away.
There are numerous local attractions:
Rock is at the centre of North Cornwalls watersports. The idyllic village sits on the Camel Estuary and offers a wide variety of sporting activity. Rock Sailing Club hosts countless races and events through the summer months whilst the Camel Sailing School offers tuition. The Camel Ski School provides ski/ wake boarding lessons with qualified instructors, banana boat rides and equipment for hire.
Polzeath is a haven for surfers and those who love the beach. Swimmers, bodyboarders, malibu boarders, kneeboarders are all catered for with a swell coming in straight off the Atlantic. Many local shops provide everything you will require for your stay. General stores, Post Office, surf equipment to hire or buy, clothing, fast foods, off-licence, pubs & restaurants - all within walking distance.
Daymer Bay has recently been voted one of the top ten beaches in the world and is the main launch area for windsurfers. It is midway between Rock and Polzeath when walking the coastal path and provides a haven for all visitors. There is parking overlooking the beach and a beach shop/cafe providing clothing, windsurfing equipment, food and drinks.
