Sleeps: From 2 to 16. - Villa divided into 2 independent apartments, plus adjoining farmhouse to form a independent house for 2 / 4 people. Possibility to rent the apartments in an independent manner or according to the number of persons in combination, pool, panoramic view, private garden equipped with a service in each apartment furnished a pergola and a barbecue. The pergola is corredeta with table and chairs and lit up.

In the heart of DOC Wine Company, near Perugia, Assisi and cities. Accessible to wheelchairs, pets allowed. Large organic garden are free, welcome basket with breakfast and complimentary wine.

Apartment Mela (6/8): an entrance with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen with also dish-washer, microwave and washing machine, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor: a large and light living room with fireplace, with a double sofa bed; 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds & a baby cot, 1 bathroom with bathtub & shower settings.

Cottage Nido (x2): a large and sunny living/dining room with double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with also microwave, 1 large double bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. Suitable for the disabled.
Huge organic vegetable garden at guest disposal for free; welcome basket with breakfast, gadget, DOC wine for aperitif.
