Tweed Valley Holiday Lets is owned by Nick and Joy Jardine who have lived in the Tweed Valley for over 25 years and have come to understand why people want to visit time and time again.

The accommodation is suitable for small and large groups with both apartments being located side by side on the Ground Floor of a new build apartment block which houses 6 apartments in all. Built in 2008 on the site of the Clough Mills, the apartments are a short walk to Innerleithen town centre and only 2 minutes walk from the world famous River Tweed and Innerleithen Mountain Biking track which is host to the UK Downhill Mountain Bike Championships in July 2009.

Innerleithen is a small town of under 4000 people and only 4 miles from Glentress Forest, 6 miles from Peebles and 30 miles from Edinburgh (40 minute drive). Visitors are spoiled for choice with excellent independent retailing in Peebles and more high street names in Galashiels such as Marks and Spencer. The Scottish Borders generally is well placed for its range of outdoor activities such as mountain biking, golfing, fishing, walking, bird watching.

With the region steeped in history, there are numerous ancestral homes and gardens to be visited including Traquair House (Scotland's oldest inhabited house) and Bowhill at Selkirk. Annual events which attract people from throughout the world include the UK Mountain Biking Championships, Osprey watch at Kailzie and Glentress, Innerleithen Music Festival and Innerleithen Games Week (Scotland's oldest Sports event reputed to have been established following the influence of Sir Walter Scott.

2 luxurious Ground Floor apartments are available to let with their own electronic entry phone system, off-street parking and with scenic views to the Tweed Valley hills. Modern amenities and facilities within each apartment include dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, i-pod docking station, coffee maker. Range of DVDs and basic satellite TV package in each Lounge along with leather sofas (one in each Lounge convert into a sofa bed to sleep 2) and Dining Table and chairs for 6.

Spinners apartment has 2 bedrooms with king size bed in larger Bedroom and 2 single beds in other Bedroom. Fitted wardrobes ensure there is ample storage for all your holiday gear. External bike storage and internal bike storage/sporting equipment storage and wet drying area. All linen, towels and heating included in tariff.

The annual Food Festival is testament to the high quality range of eateries in the immediate area and the award winning Sunflower Restaurant in Peebles provides a catering service to visitors to the apartments with freshly prepared meals, snacks, sweets and home baking all available at times to suit guests.

A warm welcome is always ensured and the owners enjoy offering local tips when asked to ensure visitors enjoy their stay as much as possible and want to come back time and time again.
