Atlantic Cornwall is a memorable, and exciting holiday experience. Our guest accommodations, in the beautiful countryside of Cornwall, have a unique setting near the coastline of Newquay. Our country club resort accommodations allow you to share the holiday in a traditional and familiar surrounding. Self catering disabled access accommodations are available, as well as an indoor swimming pool, Golf vacation, restaurants, and lounge bars.

Guest Accommodation

* Bedroom 1 - Large king size bed with en suite shower room.
* Bedroom 2 - double.
* Bedroom 3 - twin beds - family bathroom on same floor with jacuzzi bath.
* Bedroom 4 - Ground floor bedroom, sits next to shower room.
* Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, hob etc. Large dining table seats 8.
* On site facilities for service wash/laundry.
* Iron/board, hoover, dustpan/brush, mop/bucket and airer are kept under the stairs.
* Large open plan living space with kitchen and dining table.
* Living area with a sofa, which is also a sofa bed, coffee table etc. Colour TV, CD and DVD.
* Please bring your own towels, tea towels etc. Otherwise all bedding included and the property is cleaned before and after your stay.

All utility bills within our self catering rentals are included in the price.

Disabled Access & Accessibility

Kitchen units within the rentals have been moved to allow for wider access and the downstairs bathroom adapted as a wet room with support bars.

The guest accommodations feature a leisure complex with indoor pool, sauna, solarium, fitness centre and cafe/bar, which was completed in 2006.

The resort also offers an ideal base for holiday touring of the lovely scenery, beauty spots, & history of the area; ideal for walks and abundant attractions of the Cornish coast.

A host of fascinating places, & Local Attractions are available in the Newquay area, including many friendly local inns, and excellent restaurants. Wireless Internet access is available in the main reception area.

Our Newquay guest villas, are set in the grounds of a pretty 16th century manor estate. The Old Manor; which houses the Manor Bar, restaurant, one indoor pool, & an outdoor pool, is a gorgeous Cornish holiday destination.

The pool is overlooked by a delightful garden room, & is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a snack. A new health and beauty spa using Elemis and a 9 hole, par 4 golf course opened in 2006; appropriate foot wear must be worn to enable access to the course.
