Beautiful detached child friendly villa located in Dalyan in Southern Turkey. This is our dream holiday home, which we designed with the help of a local Turkish architect in 2007 and was built in 2008. Sleeps 6 with huge amounts of space. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one double and one twin), lounge, dining area, kitchen, large wrap round terrace, third bathroom and a superbly kept 40 foot in length private pool.

The fully equipped Kitchen comes with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and all crockery and cutlery etc. Large Lounge with coffee table, side table, TV, DVD, Playstation 2, MP3/WMA CD radio, MP3/laptop speakers. There is a separate Dining Area with table and leather chairs for 6. DVD's, CD's, PS2 games, books and board games are also been provided.

The lounge and double bedroom both have patio doors that allow access to the large wrap around terrace. Steps from the terrace lead down to the sunbathing areas, where padded sun loungers, parasols and tables can be found. There is children's splash pool as well as the main swimming pool, a traditional hammock in one corner of the garden where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views and a separate built-in BBQ area

Fully air-conditioned and just 25 mins drive from Dalaman International airport. We can help arrange transfers with a local firm at very reasonable cost. Situated in a walled garden with an abundance of flowering shrubs and fruit trees. Very reasonable prices and best of all, you can fly from many UK local and regional airports. Dalyan is a small town on the south-western coast of Turkey. Set in the centre of a broad delta whose natural beauty remains unspoilt. It is an environmentally protected area and one of the few surviving places of paradise, an area of natural beauty.

Prices start from GBP180 for the Villa for a Week in November and includes all utilities and air conditioning.
