Converted from a former 17th Century coach house and stable block, our 4 apartments and 1 cottage retain features, such as open beamed ceilings, and original stonework.
All of the properties are tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard, and may be let singly or together for larger groups.
The properties are perfectly situated to take advantage of the variety this area has on offer.
Complimentary light refreshments are served upon arrival in our 'Cups and Saucers' Tea Room.
Relax after your journey over a cup of tea, coffee, or perhaps a nice cool drink.

Seaville Farm is situated in quiet countryside, in a non-commercialised area, close to the Solway coast.
The magnificent Lake District National Park is only 15 scenic miles away and you are only 5 miles from the award winning sandy beach, which runs down to the quaint seaside town of Allonby and on to Maryport.
The seaside villages of Silloth and Allonby are just minutes away, and the coastal towns of Maryport, and Whitehaven with their marinas are a little further down the coast.
The historic city of Carlisle with it's castle is within easy driving distance.
We have plenty of quiet country lanes, which can be explored on foot, by bicycle.
A selection of bicycles of varying sizes is available for visitors' use, and are always very popular with mums and dads as well as our younger visitors.
Pub meals are available in the nearby villages.
We also have our farm tearoom, which always has a selection of light snacks available, plus home baked cakes, and ices.
Seaville Farm has a flock of hens, ducks, rabbits, Kerry our little white terrier, and a farm cat for our visitors to enjoy.
You can take a pleasant walk from the doorstep, enjoy a cycle ride on our quiet country lanes, or take advantage of the varied routes and attractions this location offers.
Golfer's can enjoy Cumbria's finest golf course at nearby Silloth, there are ample opportunities for sea fishing and the Solway marshes are extremely popular with bird watchers.
The historic city of Carlisle, founded by the Romans as part of the Hadrian's Wall Defence is just 20 easy miles to the east.
With coast, countryside, lakes and hills, there is something for everyone, whatever the weather! Indoor Hot Spa.
