At Cerna Valley Guest House, you are the guests of the county that shelters the most numerous archeological sites from the whole country. The lodging is situated near the Cincis Lake, and in the summer you can fish and swim. There is great hiking in the area and all year long the nature is at her most beautiful, from the sweet forest flowers, from the perfumed herbs of the summer, to the wood trees as they change to their fall glory of gold and red, but also the white purity of winter, when the snowflakes cover everything.

The low volume of traffic on the nearby roads offer you the occasion of bike riding, or just walking through the serene green pastures or country-side roads, picking blackberries, mushrooms or, simply… beautiful flowers.

If you choose to come during the end of the summer or the fall you can taste the fruits growing in our own orchard, and if the season is opened you can not only fish, but also hunt in the area.

Ways of getting here:

1. By car:
You must follow the European Road E68, on to Deva, then, after crossing the town from one side to another, you must turn right if coming from the western part of the country, or turn left if coming from the eastern part of Romania. When arrived in Hunedoara you must get in the Old Center of the town (pass by the town's cathedral), and than, cross the Cerna River and follow the route on to Teliuc. Our hostel is 6 kilometers away from Hunedoara.

2. By train:
You must get to Deva, and then you must get the bus to Hunedoara (it's an 18 kilometers drive), and again another bus going to Ghelari, but you will stop when arriving in Teliuc (Plosca).
