Hafod Villa is a charming, sunny cottage located in a delightful, secluded, coastal setting within the Pembrokeshire National Park. Within walking distance (1.5mls) of the Sea at Ceibwr Bay and famous Pembrokeshire coastal path with it's stunning scenery.
Hafod Villa has a huge garden with swings which is ideal for dogs and children alike. Equidistant (approx 3mls) from two fabulous sandy beaches: Poppit Sands and Newport Beach. Midway (5mls) between the bustling market town of Cardigan with it's variety of shops, restaurants, theatre and bars and the picturesque estuary village of Newport with art galleries, pubs and shops.
With numerous local attractions there is lots to do and see. Activities such as own a pony day, horse riding, golf, walking, water sports, boating, fishing, etc are all within 5 mls. Also there are many art galleries, craft trails, outdoor and indoor theatre productions etc. Nearby is the Stone Age fort of Castel Henllys, pentre Ifan ancient burial chamber, Kilgerran and Cardigan Castle as well as St. Dogmaels Abbey.
For nature-lovers the nearby cliffs and coves harbour a huge variety of rare and delightful wildlife, with seals, porpoises, dolphins, basking sharks and even whales and turtles seen from the nearby cliffs locally. A multitude of sea/ estuary birds are to be spotted locally. The rare red kite is often seen circling above Hafod Grove as well as numerous badgers, foxes and rabbits scampering about.
Ideal for touring the three counties of Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion (Cardiganshire) and Carmarthenshire there are so many nice little restaurants and tearooms to stop off and sample.
