Rose Cottage (sleeps 6). The biggest of all the cottages can accommodate 6 people very comfortably. The master bedroom has a 6ft bed (or twin if you prefer) and has an en-suite corner bath. Separated by the spacious living area with a high vaulted ceiling and solid oak kitchen are two further twin rooms with a family shower room. French doors lead directly to the Rose Garden.

Apuldram Cottage (sleeps 4)
Due to its layout it offers a high degree of privacy. The master bedroom 'suite' has a 6ft bed and separate shower room. The twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. It also has its own private south facing patio area.

Stable Cottage (sleeps 2)
a detached flint cottage with an open plan living area.
The bedroom has a 6ft bed (or twin if you prefer) and a en-suite shower room. French doors lead directly to the Rose Garden.

Quay Cottage (sleeps 2)
A lovely cottage with 6ft bed (twin if you prefer). A generously fitted oak kitchen area and French doors opening to a private patio area.

All the cottages benefit from quality bed linen and towels, the kitchen includes washer/dryer/ dishwasher, 50/50 fridge/freezer, microwave. 6ft beds, TV DVD and Video players (and extensive library of films) Under floor heating, wireless internet access, garden furniture and sun umbrella and BBQ, ample parking and electric security gate.

Situated just 2 miles south of Chichester in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. Picturesque harbour-side walks begin right from the doorstep. The popular 'Crown and Anchor' Inn at Dell Quay offers spectacular views across Chichester Harbour towards Itchenor and Bosham.

We are also perfectly situated as a base to explore Sussex and Hampshire including The Chichester Festival Theatre, Chichester Cathedral, Arundel Castle, and the historic ships of Portsmouth and the Spinnaker Tower.

Alternatively, if you just want to get away from it all, feel free to stay on the farm and enjoy our wonderful, fragrant Rose Garden.
