Stone and slate 18th century farmhouse, set in over 90 private acres of Snowdonia National Park, near Beddgelert. Secluded and rural - ideal for walkers or for those just wanting to get away from it all.

Private 2/3 seater hot tub spa, housed in the Orchard House. Fully restored over a period of 9 years the listed farmhouse retains original features including limewashed walls, low ceilings and very thick stone walls.

Sleeps 6 in 3 beds (dbl with white and brass Victorian style metal bed, fresh white painted furniture, lots of books, traditional Welsh blanket and a fresh blue, white and lemon colour scheme; twin with 2 single white Victorian style metal bedsteads plus sitting area; and full-size bunks on the ground floor - fresh red and white theme with privacy curtains on both bunks, reading lights and desk. Antique fabric bunting plus childrens books and toys).

Entrance lobby with space for coats and outdoor boots. Fully carpeted stairs and upper floor, random slate slab floor downstairs.

A very comfortable beamed lounge with two sofas, handhooked rug, large coffee table, a huge inglenook with woodburner. All logs included. Underfloor heating on ground floor and radiators upstairs. Flat screen digital TV, video, DVD, CDs, good range of videos and DVDs for all ages plus games in oak dresser and lots of books.

Superbly equipped kitchen diner in duck egg blue, white and stainless steel. White, circular, extendable table seats 6. Huge fridge freezer, microwave, electric double oven, dishwasher etc.

Two bathrooms - one with small bath and Victorian style mixer tap, basin and WC, and wooden wainscotting. The other with power shower, basin, WC and bidet. Both have heated towel rails. All towels and linens provided plus shampoo, soap, handwash and shower gel.

Well-controlled dogs welcome at no extra charge.
All inclusive rates - fuel, logs, electricity, all linens and many extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Robes, extra towels and flip flops for the hot tub.

Weekly rates £460-£960 all inclusive. Limited satellite internet with wi-fi. Short breaks welcome.

Outside, a walled front garden with seating, at the rear another sitting area. Gated orchard. Deckchairs, Bar-B-Q, childrens outdoor play equipment. Many superb walks straight from the front door. See Mount Snowdon from the top of our land. Sandy beach at Porthmadog 20 mins drive.

Many steam railways in the area. Climbing, kayaking, high rope adventures, historic houses - something for everyone. Sheep graze the land and we keep a small flock of free range hens. Welcome pack for human and doggie guests provided.
