Casa Country

Casa Country is set in over 10.000 sqm of a beautiful walking Park with BBQ area and Outdoor Target Archery, only 18 minutes by train from Venice Historical Centre (Canal Grande) and just midway between Venice, Padova and Treviso.

Prices: double/twin room 65 EUR, triple room 90 EUR, quad/family room 110 EUR. The above rates are inclusive of Private Bathroom, Parking in the property, bed linen, towels, taxes and cleaning.

Kitchen and self catering accommodation are also available.

Casa Country is family friendly. Children under 2 years not pay. Reductions in price for long stays and families.

Garden

The structure, of rose coloured bricks, is surrounded by a garden rich in Mediterranean plants, strawberry-trees, olives and lemons. A laurel tree protects part of the patio from the sun, while a beautiful climbing wisteria, entwines its branches around the iron of the gazebo under which it is possible to have breakfast or to relax, all surrounded by aromatic plants, including rosemary, lavender and sage.

The fireplaces and the external living spaces are made from red porphyry from Argentina and red marble from Verona. In one corner there is a continuous fountain of water giving a sensation of absolute tranquillity, far from the hubbub of the crowds in the centre of the big city.

Rooms

The welcoming bedrooms are found on various floors of the house and have private bathrooms. The attention to detail is apparent from the start, beautiful flowers, elegant carpets and curtains, paintings by the Venetian painter E. Talamini. Fittings in the style of the end of the eighteen century, walnut headboards and furniture, ornaments and mirrors, all created by craftsmen.

The silence that reigns in this atmosphere is interrupted only when the garden comes to life with almost imperceptible songs creating a soft melody.
The atmosphere of the house is that of a secluded corner, full of light and colour, protected from the pace of life and enclosed by a beautiful garden.
