Coxswain's Cottage, The Dunes, Thorpeness, Suffolk

Situated in the very heart of Thorpeness, this little gem is within a stone's throw of both the Meare and the beach. The Dolphin Inn is a few minutes walk away and the village shop is close by.

To the front of the cottage is a small sunny, lawned garden with two benches and a small table. The front door leads straight into the Sitting Room, which has two comfortable sofas and flat screen TV/DVD. There is selection of guidebooks, reading material and DVDs.

The Kitchen/Diner is to the rear of the cottage and has hand made units with granite work surfaces. The kitchen has a gas oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, radio/CD, and oak table with chairs to seat four people.

To the rear there is private courtyard with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The courtyard is mainly covered by a glazed roof.
There is a staircase at either end of the kitchen, each leading to a very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed frame (with Vi-Spring mattress) and bedroom 2 has twin VI-Spring divan beds.

Both rooms have wardrobe, bedside tables and bedside lamps. Hairdryers are provided.

The bathrooms have power showers over baths with W.C.s and basins. One bathroom houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house has full gas central heating.

Parking is on-street, there is rear pedestrian access to the rear courtyard.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Heating, electricity and water are included

Prices range from £295-£795 per week.
