The entire apartment has been newly refurnished to very high standards. The living areas are comfortable and welcoming and the apartment is clean and modern throughout. The property offers the perfect base from which to explore the city and wider regions, and at the same time has enough facilities to keep you entertained on the days when you do not wish to go anywhere.

The kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave, large fridge-freezer, oven and four hobs and is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. A small supermarket, providing for basic needs is less than a minute from your apartment. The town centre has a larger supermarket, which is about 5 minutes walk away. The adjoining dining area can seat four people when the table is pulled out.

The living room includes a full range of amenities, including TV, DVD player, digital set-top box and hi-fi system. The TV unit, sideboard and generous under-stairs cupboard allow for plenty of storage space.

The leather suite includes a two-person sofa-bed to allow an additional couple or a small family to share the apartment. Thought has been given throughout to ensure enough space and facilities for four guests.

The sheltered roof garden is an ideal location for sunbathing or outdoor dining. A wooden garden table and chairs, with parasol, are provided. A barbeque is available on request. A sheltered bike rack is available at the back of the property.

The memory-foam mattress should ensure a good night's sleep and the dressing table, bedside tables and fitted wardrobe provide plenty of storage space. The bathroom is bright and clean. A shower unit is fitted in the bath.

Parking is not available on the site but vehicles can be parked nearby. However with so much on your doorstep it is unlikely that you will need a car on a day-to-day basis during your stay. A free connection service is offered from Plymouth airport or mainline station and there are two car hire offices located very close to the property, making it easy to explore the wider region.
